I created this quilt in a class with Michele Scott called "Usin' Fusin'." In the class, we were supposed to create a quilt representing an emotion or an event. I chose to honor my sister, who had recently died from ovarian cancer. The figures are cut out freehand and the borders are filled with QuiltWriting, including quotes that were meaningful to us.
This quilt is in my collection. NFS.
