This commission quilt is a tribute to a client’s late husband. In it, I incorporated some of the neckties he wore to work. All of the fabrics that show a print are from his neckties. The white border is white shirting; the grey and black borders are suit weight wool blends.
To create this quilt, I used Foundation by the Yard by Benartex.
This quilt is in the collection of Marian Wood.
