The January/February issue of Mark Lipinski's Quilter's Home Magazine includes my article about Overcoming Quilter's Block and will list scads of tips for jumpstarting your creativity.  Look for "61 Ways to Rev Up Your Quilting."  Quilter's Home Magazine was designed for the new generation of quilters.  It's filled with little flights of fancy, new information, hints, tips and projects to stimulate your mind, body and soul.  It's irreverent, full of attitude, and not for everyone...but it might be perfect for you.  Check it out online and at your nearest newsstand or bookstore.
